Submit a ticket to support of the missing location

Cannot Find External Pharmacy

  • We cannot add pharmacies to the EHR. All major pharmacies already exist in the EHR. All external pharmacies that are registered within the pharmacy database are available in the EHR
  • You will need to move the map around until you find your desired pharmacy. You may need to zoom in and out on the map and move the pinpoint.

Electronic Prescription Failed

  1. In the EHR Settings, go to Staff
  2. Search the prescribing clinician’s name
  3. Once found, select the clinician
  4. Scroll down to “Surescripts”
    • If this area is blank, that means the clinician doesn’t have a Surescripts account created
      • The prescribing clinician will need to reach out to their clinician manager and have them submit a SureScripts request on their behalf to the Carbon support team
    • If there is a Surescripts number listed submit a ticket to the Carbon support

If you are the clinician experiencing this issue

  1. In the EHR Settings, go to ‘Account’ directly under your name at the bottom of the screen

    • If there is a Surescripts number listed submit a ticket to the Carbon support

NDC Suggestion not matching bottle

Based on the medication, form, strength and packaging, FDB (First Data Bank) knows the possible NDCs for that administered drug which are surfaced to users.
FDB options presented vs what’s on the medication label may not match exactly. Using either option is okay.
